Leadership/Impact is a transformational tool, developed for leaders to become aware of the impact of their own leadership strategies and behaviours and how these affect the performance of their organisations.
Based on data from a self-assessment, feedback from peers, direct reports and a higher-level manager, participants uncover the extent to which their actions motivate or drive people to behave in constructive versus defensive ways.

The PER-K Leadership Program shifts individuals from the management mindset of “doing the work” to the leadership perspective of “supporting and enabling others” to achieve results.
